The location suited me perfectly. Tram 28 was very close. many restaurants were just outside. breakfast offered fresh options and tasted good. the hosts were helpful, providing information about many attractions. my room was spacious and clean. it had a pleasant style.

i was greeted with a welcome drink.. a nice port. my room had great decor and it was very large. the breakfast the next morning included many options.

The hotel exuded historical charm. Caterina shared its captivating stories with such grace. the breakfast included delicious cappuccinos. They were awesome! our large room offered plenty of space and comfort. the bed provided a restful sleep. It was very comfortable.
the sound of footsteps from the apartment above was noticeable at times. though charming, this could be a minor disturbance.

Really good Stay, Great Service and Perfect Location
friendly staff perfect location
The staff was so friendly. They greeted me with a drink upon arrival. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to main attractions (the castle is visible from the window). Breakfast included fresh pastries, eggs, and fruits. The room featured a separate wardrobe area and luxurious ensuite.

quiet rooms and excellent location
central location comfortable bed
the hotel offered a great location close to many restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. the bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well with minimal street noise when windows were closed.
i received a message through the app requesting my bank details. this is something the hotel should address promptly to assure guests' security.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with dinner reservations and directions. the location was convenient for accessing many points of interest. It made getting around easy.
the room was a little dimly lit, but that gave it a romantic feel. the shower water pressure was very strong, but some may not prefer that.
